I agree to abide by all instructions and communications given by Amy's Acro and to explain these instructions to my child so that they are as aware as possible. This is to ensure the safety of my child and others during the Covid-19 outbreak.

Terms and Conditions*

I understand my child needs British Gymnastics membership to take part and without it my child may not be permitted entry.** I understand membership is calculated in whole calendar months and that I am required to give one full months paid notice in the events of changing or cancelling my child's enrolment. I understand that payments are final and non-refundable. I understand if my fees are paid any later than 7 days of being due, my child may not be permitted entry until their fees are paid. **due to ongoing disruption from Covid restrictions, the club will be subsidising British Gymnastics membership for the time being. We anticipate moving back to parents/carers paying for their child's BG membership for next academic year 2022-2023. You will be notified if and when this is the case, closer to the time.

Imagery consent*

I consent to Amy's Acro Ltd using my image and words in future publications, marketing materials and PR/promotional activity. I also consent for my image to be shared with British Gymnastics and the British Gymnastics Foundation for the purposes of promoting gymnastics or club. I consent for my image to be shared on our social media pages, website and other promotional and/or marketing materials, as well as with other gymnastics clubs, regional or home nation body for the purposes of promoting the sport and our club. Use of personal imagery (photography and film) and words

In order for Amy's Acro Ltd to comply with data protection and confidentiality regulations, it is necessary to obtain your written consent to use your image or words in our publications.

You should only agree to Amy's Acro Ltd using your photograph, film/video or words if you feel completely happy. You should not sign this consent form if you feel under any pressure or obligation to do so.

Amy's Acro Ltd may use your photograph, film/video and words for the purposes of promotion, education and development of the club/sport e.g. to publicise the club, events, in newspaper articles, magazines and other media such as websites, leaflets, electronic newsletters, social media and presentations.

What if I change my mind?

Once an article or image is published and in circulation (e.g. newsletters, website images) it can be copied and used by others. However, you can contact Amy's Acro Ltd at any point and ask us not to use your image or words for any new purposes. We will comply with this request and will also do our best to stop others using your image or words, although we cannot guarantee this. Please note that we will be unable to remove images that have already been used in publications or publicity material.
